Hi! My name is Sandro, and I come from the county of Georgia. A Beautiful and relatively small country situated in the crossroads of Europe and Asia. Georgia traces its roots back to 400 BC and is one of the first countries to adopt Christianity. The country is a melting pot of diverse cultures, religions, and peoples. Therefore, since my childhood I was exposed to various cultures and I’m always curious to learn more about people all over the world.

I started my education in 21st public school of Tbilisi, Georgia and in 4th grade transferred to a private school named Newton Free School, where in 11th grade I switched to an English intensive program called International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IB DP). The last 2 years of high school helped me to improve my English and choose classes that interested me the most. During that period I was fortunate enough to land a part time job in a Georgian bank as an accounting assistant. Where I gained soft skills, a better discipline, and experienced organizational culture. These experiences helped me to study abroad in PSU and pursue a bachelor's degree in my interest area: Finance. After the first two years of my higher education I decided to pursue my future career in investment banking.

As a new ICSP ambassador and the first ever Georgian student in PSU, I’m incredibly excited and motivated to represent my country's culture, language and its traditions. While simultaneously gaining deeper knowledge about other countries and their cultures.
