My name is Sarthak Shrestha, and I am from Kathmandu, Nepal. I am a member of the Newari community, which is known for its rich culture and customs. I am currently an undergraduate student majoring in Physics, with a goal of following my dream career in astrophysics. I moved to Portland in 2022 and have truly loved discovering the city's dynamic vibe. I've grown to admire Portland for it's welcoming nature and it's unique charm. As an passionate soccer fan, I like how sports-oriented the city is, particularly when it comes to soccer, which makes Portland feel like a second home to me.

I am excited to a part of the ICSP as it offers a wonderful opportunity to learn and share each others cultures traditions. Its an honor to be involved with other members and to represent ISCP. Together, I believe we can create meaningful connections that honor our diverse roots, particularly the beauty of Newar culture.
